10. Coupons, Discounts & Promotional Offers
Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and may be subject to minimum order value or product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied to previous purchases. 12. Free Gifts & Bundles
Complimentary gifts are subject to availability. If an order containing a free gift is returned, the complimentary item must also be returned; otherwise its value may be deducted from the refund, where permitted.

COD availability depends on serviceable locations. Natural Elevate may restrict or disable COD for repeated order rejections or suspected misuse.
